1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos for verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared.

5. Refunds

- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

7. Shipping Cost on Returns
